Working with Juan was a pleasure, during some very difficult times at work from rolling out NIST policies and standards, implementing an ERP rebuild to building an new IT infrastructure. We spent many hours late into the night to ensure the business would be back up and running. He continuously worked to not only improve the performance of the system but was always thinking about providing a cost effective solution that wouldn't hinder the end user experience.
